Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations across multiple school sites. This role is responsible for managing on-site managers, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong client relationships within the education sector. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy traveling between locations, and be passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of on-site managers across multiple school campuses.
• Ensure contract compliance, operational consistency, and service quality at each location.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and district stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and supply usage to ensure financial performance.
• Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of management staff.
• Respond promptly to client concerns and service requests, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all sites adhere to safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to expand services or improve efficiency at current accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site management experience, preferably in environmental services, janitorial, facilities, or a related industry.
• Experience working in or with the education sector is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams remotely.
• Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
